We Provide A Strong Foundation In A Broad Range Of Subjects
By providing you with the core subjects essential to success at KS2, you have the perfect platform on which to build your individual home education curriculum.
English
The foundation for all learning. By mastering reading, writing, and communication early, students unlock the tools to express themselves clearly and engage with the world around them.

Art/DT
Art and Design Technology (DT) allows students to express their creativity while learning about design, materials, and problem-solving. These subjects nurture imagination and practical skills.
PSHE
Personal, Social, and Health Education (PSHE) helps students build confidence, resilience, and emotional intelligence. By learning about relationships, health, and well-being, they grow into responsible, caring individuals.

Humanities
Through Humanities, students gain insight into history, geography, and culture. Helping students foster empathy, global awareness, and a deeper connection to society.
Maths
Maths teaches essential skills that help students make sense of numbers, patterns, and real-life situations, laying a strong foundation for future learning.

Science
Science sparks curiosity and a sense of wonder about the natural world. Students explore concepts through hands-on experiments, learning how things work and developing enquiry-based thinking from a young age.

Online School FAQ
Our programme is designed for home educators of 7-12 year olds that loosely want some structure but want the freedom to deliver education their way. We provide study plans to make it easy for parents to help their children learn in a family and home environment safe in the knowledge that they are covering all the national curriculum objectives appropriate for their age. Our programme covers the main subjects found in a school setting, broken down into different ages. However, parents and carers can decide how slowly or quickly they want to go through the programme and what subjects they want to do when.
Our programme takes the hassle out of finding resources and activities for your child which cover the national curriculum but in a non classroom setting. For example, a session on writing numbers up to 10,000 includes recommended resources to use, activities to do with parents, activities to do independently and how parents could enhance it with other activities e.g. using estate agents’ windows to look at different rental/purchase prices to bring the subject to life.
We can help evidence your child’s learning and progress to a Local Authority if needed. We do not have timetabled lessons or groups online
We offer the following study plans for each level, for 36 weeks per year, depending on a child’s age:
4x English study plans per week
4x Maths study plans per week
2x Science study plans per week
1x Humanities study plan per week, alternating between History and Geography per module
1x Creative Arts study plan per week, alternating between Art and Design Technology per module
1x Religious Studies study plan per week
1x PSHE study plan per week covering Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education
Access to our study plans is available all year round. We know that you value flexibility and our programme is designed with that in mind. You can decide the structure that works best for you and your child. Our study plans aim to make it easy, fun, flexible and most importantly stimulating for parent and child. We provide material to cover six-weeks worth of study plans in every two month period. Over the year you will therefore have access to thirty-six weeks worth of study plans for you to use when it works best for you and your child.
Our study plans make it easy for parents to access everything they need in one place. Our online community is the perfect place to pick up ideas and tips from educators and other home-education parents as well as share your own. You can join our community for free and join in the conversation with other home educators.
While each child’s learning development can vary, our study plans are aimed at those aged 7 to 12, known as Key Stage 2 in UK schools. We have the following curriculum levels:
Green - 7-9 year olds - loosely based on UK school year 3
Blue - 8-10 year olds - loosely based on UK school year 4
Indigo - 9-11 year olds - loosely based on UK school year 5
Violet - 10 -12 year olds - loosely based on UK school year 6
Whilst it is loosely based on age, parents can decide what level is best for their child and have flexibility to pick and choose between levels and activities.
Every study plan has learning objectives that follow the national curriculum.
The plans include:
- An introduction section, for you to understand what your child will be learning and why
- A list of resources you will need
- Suggested activities for you to do with your child
- Suggested activities for your child to do independently
- Ideas for ways you can enhance and personalise the learning
- A self-assessment tool to review the learning
When you sign up and purchase access to our online study plans. You will receive immediate access to the curriculum materials already published for the year, which runs January to December, and our online community forums. To ensure you have the maximum flexibility we make available six-weeks' worth of study plans every two months, throughout the year.
Absolutely. Our aim is that at whatever stage you wish your child to rejoin a school you know that they could. Equally, we aim to ensure that our study plans mean they never have to if you don’t want to.
A child that wants to have flexible learning aligned to the national curriculum will thrive with us. Our study plans and curriculum will enable them to be on track for national qualifications but we give parents ideas and resources to extend the learning further or make it more real life.
Each study plan has a self-assessment tool which can be used regularly to understand and record progress and level of understanding. Our study plans are also aligned with ixl skills for children to test themselves further.
Information on resources to support learning are included in the study plans. Most will only require resources ordinarily found at home. However, there are a few exceptions that will require access to additional resources, for example in English there will be links to novels to read which could be obtained from a local library or via a link to purchase.
We release new study plans every two months. We encourage you to complete each subject's study plans in order to get the most out of the programme. However, you can pick and choose subjects and modules to suit your own preferences.
We do not currently offer private tutoring. Our team regularly offers advice on the forum to support learning. Feel free to post any questions on the forum and we will do our best to support you.
